Bagel Deli Plus — Restaurant in Town of Eastchester

If I could give it negative 0 stars I would… Unfortunately this spot used to be my favorite coffee and bagel place the food is great, but I regret to say since the new ownership the Customer service has gone down. I am Latina and speak fluent Spanish and English and I feel really uncomfortable when I can clearly understand what the guys in the back Speak of the customers. They speak to each under hushed tones, they literally seem to dislike servicing people but put up a false facade when they turn around and speak to them in English, today was the last straw I was in a bit of hurry due to my work schedule, and one of the guys who is not servicing began to demean me in Spanish and was extremely rude because I voiced the fact that 2 people who came after me left. I did not have a big order I was only getting one bagel and 1 coffee, they did not like the fact that said something about them taking a long time. One of the littlest short ones got testy and began cursing at me in Spanish under his breath. Never coming again no matter how good...

Stopped serving breakfast before they even closed at 1 pm. What kind of bagel place stops serving breakfast? Not like they’re open late.

Bagels didn’t look that fresh and had tons of bagels leftover when closing an hour before so unsure how popular this place is.

Very small place and the food looks like it’s all delivered from other places. Also looks like it used to be part of the salon and didn’t even bother to cover up the old sign that much.

If you are just passing through this place is overwhelming. Boards are really hard to read and service is rushed. We almost left but glad we didn't.

We went simple because there's no time to look at the menu which is a shame.

Saying that the food is fresh and tasty. It's only take out so if you are eating on the go it would be useful if they cut through the whole bagel instead we had to pull it apart.
