The place is great! staff very friendly sadly I have to say the pastries what they call blueberry banana loaf and over priced which is 5.50 was awful ! Just sugar no hint of banana nor blueberry sure it had blueberries but it was really bad ! The sticky bun also was not great should be warmed for it felt old . The drinks were fantastic I did wish they had calories info . Also I think they need to hire more staff for the wknds it was very crowed and def not enough workers this is a management problem . This is the only coffee place in the hood so you have to know it would be busy . They all do everything when I was there the line was out the door . They need come in a bit earlier and make sure that supplies are full supplied ie straws napkins etc .once again I’m sure this management not putting people on the clock . This way the person making drinks w a line out the door isn’t also refilling straws , answering the phone and taking the money . I have been coming here since they opened last year. Never once was I told there was a points/ rewards program. I found out accidentally when the person in front of me was redeeming points. So I signed up. Today, when I go to order and pay, I ask “where do i enter my info for my points?” And I am told you needed to tell me before I rang you up. I said ok, so can you please add my points and was told no. Seriously, I am a regular here. I spend 12 a day. Bad enough I was never told about the rewards program but now that I have it you can’t assist with the process. Do better with customer service Coffee Labs. Especially your regulars. UPDATE: Hours after writing this review I was contacted by Coffee Labs that my points would be added and staff would be asked remind customers to add an email. And I will also remember to mention that I am part of the rewards program so that my points are counted for. Thank you for not only delicious coffee but taking care...

An absolute HUGE coffee lover here… and a quite picky one. Coffee Labs is by far the best coffee in Westchester (both location are amazing with two different vibes but coffee is consistently great in both). It’s true coffee, the beans are great and for people who like cute drinks that are everything but coffee they also have plenty of choice. The pasties are insanely good and High quality. And what makes coffee lab stand out so far above other places is genuinely high quality products and PEOPLE. The staff is top notch and it’s consistent for years ..: there is no rotating door or miserable crew… each one is an individual, each one is great and they stay around (says a lot about ownership and the business). Huge shoutout to Patricia and her crew ..: I have never seen person this dedicated to the craft...
