Smokeys Saloon — Restaurant in Town of Eden

I hate to criticize a new restaurant, but the food was bad and I think other people would want to know. I would want to know. So, I ordered a smoky burger. It was a thin overcooked burger griddle cooked, on a good roll with only Rendezvous sauce. They didn’t ask how I wanted it prepared..it was really awful, and oh, the fries were partially hot and partially cold. Then the cook, who left the restaurant when we sat down for something, later apologizes he didn’t prepare the meal. My concern was why leave and not have someone competent as a replacement. There were very few people there..no reason for it. My wife got a Philly cheesesteak..middle of roll was tasty and good.. But each outside quarter of the roll, both were dry with little meat, no oil, no cheese, no peppers or onions on it.. so about 1/2 was really bad..The only redeeming part was when I complained and was apologized to..the cook sent me home with wings. Those were very good. I understand they have only been open 6 weeks.. BUT they should have the wrinkles ironed out. Not a chance. They were nice...but if I am giving you my money, I expect quality..and it 100% was not there.. we didn’t finish any of it.. cannot ever give them my money again. They took my money but failed...

Went there on 6/7/25 with my girlfriend, walked in only 1 other table with a family of 6 place was dead considering it was a saturday evening, our waitress jill was friendly, we ordered a ice water and a beer to start, few minutes later we ordered a ceasar wrap and a mac and cheese burger, after a half hour we noticed the family finally getting part of there order, we were told twice it would be a few more minutes, finally after a hour and 20 minutes we decided to pay for my beer and leave, the manager was very un proffessional, insisting on arguing with us blaming the family for ordering to much but in reality they didnt, said my burger was on the grill, no appologies just blaming the customers instead of the cook, needless to say this place sucks and we definitley will never be back, i highly recomend going anywhere but here, ive never in my life had a resturant...

First time going here CASH ONLY!! food was good we had two Smash Burgers and chips. The service was extremely slow and very disorganized. Our waitress was very pleasant and polite I don't know if this is her first time waitressing but she really needs to have more training on serving tables, and remembering which tables she hadn't taken their order from there were two young men across from us that sat there for an hour before she took their order and she took other people's orders that were seated after them. My suggestion would be when she comes to take your drink order, order your food at the same time, it will save time and she won't forget to come back and take your food order. MAKE sure she hears you when you tell her you want change back from your bill payment, she didn't bring us our change she kept as a...
