I had a frustrating experience trying to get just a drink. Having to use the self-service kiosk was annoying because I had to search for what I wanted, when the workers know their computers and could have placed my order much quicker. The employee working came over, looked at my receipt, and handed it to me, even though I'd opted out of a receipt on the kiosk. Then, she just walked away without giving me my cup! I had to wait another ten minutes just to get someone's attention to actually get my cup.
It feels like management isn't properly training or enforcing good service. If employees can't be trained, then maybe they need to find other jobs and if the management can't enforce that the owners should let them go also. It's a shame, but I've noticed this decline in service isn't just at this location; it seems to be an issue across the board since COVID.

"look at the menu I will be with you in I don't know how long" I proceed to look at the menu and wait literally 10 minutes before I had to say something for them to finally take my order.
