The Perfect Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Ellicott

After some thinking, we decided to try some where new for pizza & wings. We normally order from Lena's Pizza, but wanted to give another place a try. After reading reviews from facebook, yelp and Google we decided on The Perfect Pizza. I called to order their large 1 topping pizza & 20 wings. I wanted to split the wing order..like we do EVERYWHERE. The employee informed me they don't split their wings. That it's part of the 'special price'. Well I was instantly annoyed.. we've never had a problem splitting wings. I was ready to hang up and order from Lena's when the employee informed me she could do the large 1 topping and 10 wings for $18 and another single order for like $9. I ordered hot wings and she convinced me to get their Italian ranch parmesan wings. I said what the heck I'll try them. We were told it would be about 25 minutes. We got there 25 minutes later, they weren't ready..no big deal. The entire time we waited the one employee was bragging about how great the Italian ranch parmesan wings are. How they are the best around! That I'm going to absolutely LOVE them. Drove home & we were ready to dig in. Opened the pizza & we were instantly disappointed. The pizza was over cooked to the point of being black. On to the wings, my awesome incredible best around Italian ranch parmesan were small & had no flavor. My boyfriends hot wings were a spicy bbq. I'm extremely disappointed with the food. Needless to say we will NOT be back, we will continue to make the drive to either Lena's or to Ashville General. Perfect Pizza is one of our favorite places to order from. Last night we used the Slice app for delivery and the driver picked up someone else’s order and delivered it to our house. I called Perfect Pizza and they were already aware of the situation and said the delivery driver just grabbed an order and left without confirming it was for me. Totally beyond their control unfortunately as it’s through a 3rd party app. They understood that it was inconvenient but they said they still had my food available if I wanted to drive over and get it and that I could dispute the charge with Slice and get my money back. So we brought the food that was delivered to us back in exchange for our own food (they tossed the food we returned) and even gave us a free soda for us having to drive there. The customer service there is always awesome and made up for the fact that the Slice (who uses DoorDash to deliver) driver messing up not only our order, but someone else’s that couldn’t pick up their order on time because we ended up getting it. So we basically got our food for free via disputing through Slice and a free soda from Perfect Pizza. Not only do we love their food, the service there is amazing. And they have some pretty awesome Halloween...

Super excited to write this review! We decided to go here for the first time for a late dinner and check it out as we love pizza and we were not disappointed at all! Small and cozy and clean with literally the “Perfect Pizzas “ We ordered the white pizza with tomato n onions and a regular pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. We also ordered deep fried mushrooms, lemon pepper chicken wings and tangy boneless wings. Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked again with perfection! The owner was our server and she is an absolute sweetheart! She checked in with us throughout our meal to ensure everything was to our liking. At the end of our meal she took the time and talked with us and asked our names which she remembered at the end of our night! We had to take some food home since we ordered a lot to try and she helped box it all up! She let us know the hours of operation as well and we talked about where everyone was from! Super comfortable conversation and it was great to talk to the owner like we were all old friends! Perfect Pizza will be the only place we get pizza from around here! Side note- surprisingly low prices for everything...
