I usually have a great experience here, but I just left there...and it was awful. I went inside, and ordered 2 dark chocolate, 1 mocha, and a strawberries and cream fraps. So, I get my order...and they always asked me for my name, didn’t ask me for that. On top of that, the lady brought us three mochas...I politely told her that I ordered two dark chocolate and one mocha, all she told me was “sorry” and walked away. So, I already leave the store very unhappy, and I take a drink of my coffee and it was literally awful, I had to throw it away. It tasted like black coffee with a mix of chunky ice. I was so disgusted and will NEVER come here again. Read moreStopped at this Starbucks on the way to Pittsburgh. The Café area is clean and tidy. The service was excellent! Me & my boyfriend were greeted with a smile and a hello. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who waited on us, I think it was Amanda? Drinks tasted great, flavorful and perfect temperature. She offered to warm my pastry as well. Read moreMay be the WORST drive thru service ever experienced. Stopped in for a "quick" cup of coffee and the sat in the drive thru lane for over 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon at 3 PM. The average time spent per car at the window was over 5 min. (there weren't that many cars in line so I thought it would be quick).
