We stopped into this new bar and restaurant in Ellicottville and loved it from the very first pour and first bite! The ambiance is just right — cool, comfortable, and inviting, with loads of games to play at their gorgeous wooden tables. The bar itself is a showstopper: wrapped in blonde wood with a stunning pine design burned right into it.

The food was great. Friendly staff. The drinks are 2 to 3 times higher priced than anywhere else in town. Did you not learn anything from the buffalo location?? You don't realize it until you get your bill. Ask them why they don't have a drink menu with prices. I mean 9.25 for a shot of whatever? They just opened up last December, I don't see them lasting many more. All the spirits are right in front of a big window with direct sunlight peering through on all the bottles. I arrived 3 days ago from out of town and asked at the front desk at my hotel for a nice place to relax, have a drink and food. They immediately recommended the Pour Taproom even though there were other places available close by.
