Karen was right, I leave too many bad reviews, this will be my final edit. I'm changing my review from one star to 5 stars because today my fiance and I came through the drive through (to my chagrin as I was sworn off this location due to Zach and his BS) and we had the SAME EXACT ISSUE my fiance ordered a double cheeseburger plain with an extra slice of cheese. When we got it it had ketchup mustard pickle onion. So we turned around came back through let them know through the speaker that our order has been messed up and that it was supposed to be plain, they said no worries pull up to the second window. This is were we met Katie and McDonalds if you're reading this you need more managers like Katie.
It took me longer to write this review then it did for Katie to give us a new burger with the correct toppings, and she even offered to make us something else to make up for it! Which honestly just the fact that she fixed it without issue was more than enough for me because like I said I was sworn off this location because of Zach.
In any case my faith in this branch has been restored. We love you Katie you deserve a raise. Exemplary service!

Hey let's add to this since I'm big mad
The manager Zach, after messing up my entire order, after I paid for my food, asked me if I would like to pay for an extra slice of cheese that I already ordered, after not having half the things I ordered and neglecting to tell me after I already paid. As if it were my fault they forgot to ring up the extra slice of cheese. And when when I understandably got upset about it (charged 1 dollar to my charge anyways) Zach proceeded to get huffy about it and tell me all about how he had to charge me for a slice of cheese (even after waiting to tell me after I paid that he didn't have the ingredients for another burger in my order)
I get home and the order is entirely wrong, ketchup and mustard on things that aren't supposed to have them the only thing that was right was the fries but at this point I'm surprised those were right. I call in and ask for a refund since my entire order is wrong and Zach once again gets all huffy and unprofessional and refuses to give me the number to corporate. I promptly tell him off and decide to write the pretty tame and mediocre review listed below.
Over a slice of cheese :) well, also the entire order being wrong amongst other things, just drive the extra few minutes to the corning location, they are way better

Read moreI absolutely hated the experience of eating the food from this restaurant. They made us pay for two mcdoubles and while we did order them, we never received them. I ordered a ten peice chicken nugget and they only gave me nine; and the slushie had no ice. I normally like McDonald's but to be honest burger king is better by miles. I would rather eat from a trash can than eat at this McDonald's. You might think it's easy to just check the bag before you leave the drive through but for a good customer experiance, you don't think you would have to, especially in a place that calls themselves a good fast food place; when in reality the opposite is true. As a retired teacher traveling home to Cleveland, Ohio from a Benedictine Monastery retreat in Westfield, Vermont, I was absolutely dismayed by the lack of Thanksgiving kindness and basic human compassion. I spoke to Amber as the Manager asking if she could please comp me "just a fish sandwich" as I was needing to use the remainder of my cash for gasoline (15 hour trip) and I was feeling very hungry and low on energy to finish driving home at night. Amber was cold, callous and UNCARING towards a person in need. She stated (and quoted her Supervisor, Amber) by saying "If we do this for you, then we will have to do it for everyone!" 😡SERIOUSLY?!
