I had a wonderful experience this afternoon 9/9. I had exceptional customer service from Sydney from discussing my insurance needs for my medical coverage due to some diagnoses that require special testing to my regular eye exam coverage and how that works. She was efficient, pleasant, and very accommodating. She picked out some amazing options in glasses for me, which made my experience one of the best I've had. When she had to step away, her co-worker Alyssa stepped in and continued the exceptional customer service as well. She explained the new transition lens options, which I don't typically get, but because they transition faster, I was willing to try them. She explained the breakdown of charges with my insurance and cost of my glasses. At the Horseheads location, the customer service has been inconsistent.
