As of January, 2023: all McDonald’s locations on the thruway rest stops in NY state are closed. I’m not sure what restaurants/dining options will replace the mostly empty building. ((The list of businesses with contracts to operate along the thruway are in the bottom left corner of the picture)) There’s just a small convenient store/gift shop along with bathrooms in the building between the catwalk bridges.

F a st lines food fresh cooked right. Staff seems a little stressed or short tempered. Bad staff ruins a restaurant 💯💥 I'll let it slide and.consider it a bad day...but every time I stop they are rude and obnoxious....its why I usually go to the other places in the Angola service area. Oh yeah you don't go to McDonald's if you want good food either just sayn overcooked nuggets and a half full fry box

So there is mold on my biscuit and I think it’s wrong to serve someone this in the morning. I called and the supervisor said no there is no mold I told her I can bro g it in and she oh no you don’t have to do that. She was rude and not a supervisor material. I this this place should be check for mold on the food watch out people look at you food . There is mold!

Fountain drink was flat, fries were cold/greasy, and they didnt put cheese on my quarter pounder. Also, some guy sat down to play the piano in the public area, and one of the loud mouths wearing a McDonald’s uniform, literally hollered at him across the lobby in front of everyone like he was dog “you can’t touch the piano!”. I was confused by this since I thought this was a public service area, that my income, fuel, IFTA, and HUT tax dollars paid for. But, apparently it’s been overrun by low wage corporation workers who are both incompetent and disrespectful. My trucks will never stop at this s*hole again. Shame on...

I stopped here with my friends from Russia. They wanted to eat at McDonald's. It was about 2:00 in the afternoon. The place was almost empty. There were two people in front of us. We ordered four Big Macs, fries, and drinks. We waited for an hour and ten minutes while the crew was clowning around in the kitchen. What a disgrace. My Russian friends asked me if McDonald's was private or government owned. I will never go back. And I may just stay out of all McDonald's for a year. It's the penalty McDonald's needs for allowing this joke of a restaurant to...

So BAD workers here! When I visit tonight (22 th of September) that McDonalds they was not on the work place, so I was wait a lot. When I order drink worker-woman was speak with evil mood and finally said that I have a terrible accent and refused to serve me! (I was wait other person for serve me finally). *thats place also very dirty. If you are afraid of spiders, then this place is just awful! Then I found a big spider here!!
