Smash House Woodbourne — Restaurant in Town of Fallsburg

Someone here did a ton of research before opening this place , this is the only smash burger I’ve ever had (not in my house .) The burger was amazing , they are crispy around the edges , the fake cheese is really nice (not funky tasting). the toppings were not overpowering. Now finally, this may sound like not the biggest deal but the way they wrapped the burger was amazing. Aside from it being the proper way to wrap a smash burger, it makes it feel like an iconic side of the road vintage burger joint.

The shredded onion”rings” were a really nice touch.

The only thing I would change is, I would have beer battered onion ring option.

I would have loved a glass bottle of coke.

And mainly I would love if they made real homemade French fries.

Smash house Woodbourne is UNREAL!! Their burgers are super fresh and more importantly, super tasty. Their house sauce is fire!! My favorite items that I have tried there is the loaded smash burger, jalapeño burger, the blooming onion, dirty fries, the crispity crunch sandwich, spicy chicken tendies, and the crispy coated wings. Don’t skip on the churros for dessert. Love them!!! The place is kid/family friendly. They have kids and family combos. The service is exceptional. The staff is patient, accommodating, welcoming, and helpful! Definitely a must try place whether it’s dine in, take out, or catering...

I made a confirmed order on the phone with the worker twice. Once for 100$ delivery fee to where I was and then was told would be free and then told by the manager he never said any of that. He canceled my order and raged on the phone to me when I had campers of mine all give in money for their food that was told to be confirmed. Unacceptable and when calling back all the guy would do is hang up on us repeatedly disappointing many kids in camp who had a smash burger order...
