Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Fort Ann

Lived in Vermont for About one year now and have experienced nothing but poor Dunkin' donuts service this is the best Dunkin' donuts I've been to in a year... Please note 13 Dunkin' donuts locations are owned by the same woman named Laura who belittles her it will be little's her employees from accepting any tips. All tips that are left behind are put in a bucket and collected by the owner for her to do with as she pleases she claims that she donates all the tips left behind to charity but but common sense tells you if she would not let her employees please indulge in an extra 3 or $4 A-day that are running hard 13 Dunkin' donuts there was no way she's donating all that money so just know all dunkin donuts tips in Vermont and northern New York are going into the owner's pocket not...

Overall not impressed. I've been going here since they opened and lately it has been going downhill so fast. Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes on Saturday, if I wouldn't have done a mobile order I would have just left because of how ridiculous the wait was, the car behind me actually did leave. It's been like that almost every time I've gone recently, and they keep messing up orders. Today for instance my coffee had no vanilla in it. On Saturday my coffee was burnt which doesn't even make sense, if they're that busy the coffee should be fresh. None of the workers care about their job. The prices keep going up while the quality is going down. Might have to start going down the road to the other...

This Dunkin has one of the oddest set ups I have ever seen! The restaurant is really just a lobby. There is no place to sit inside, but there are a couple of tables outside.

I was pretty glad to see this DD after driving hours through rural Vermont and New York. Most people will be happy to know they do have a drive through, I know I get annoyed when other locations don't have one.

I had a really simple order the day I came here. I usually get something really basic like a large coffee with a cream or two. It took longer than it should have for this simple item to come out.
