Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Fort Edward

I'll be honest, every time I come here it's great. There's these lady workers who are so positive and polite and act like everyone is family and even though it can be busy they cl take time to get to know you. However, today I came here and they weren't here. I came in and like usual I was told to sit anywhere. My family and I came in the same time as this other family but they got their drinks first and food first and we haven't even ordered or got asked what to drink yet. The workers are practically throwing everything at our tables. Once they asked us what to drink (which they did in a very unhappy, rude kind of manner) he got them and ran off. Order online and never came. Reach out to the and corporate who said the authorization will drop off and it turned into a charge. Try to reach out again, but there was no answer and no response. Reach out through Facebook, and the social media representatives respond by saying they will send for someone to reach out, and guess what, no one has. Shame and if they store would like to look into it the incident number is 0105160384 but I don’t have a hope this will be fixed.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employees always ignore the drivethru leaving you to sit there and wait at least 5 minutes every single time. The last time I went there my order was stacked worse than a toddler's toys and the employee was legitimately shocked that I was able to get my order through my car window, saying "Wow, you're good!" I got home to realize that they had put the wrong sauce on my pizza so I went on the website to make a complaint. Despite requesting email correspondence due to having to work extra/odd hours right now to get the vaccine out to our community, they called ONCE, a week later, left no message, and right before closing so that when I did have a chance to call back there was no one there.
