Stewarts Shops — Local services in Town of Fort Edward

Always excellent food, prices, selection, free tire air & restrooms, plus they do fantastic handmade pizza & subs, hand packed icecreams, hot soups & such, so it's a great spot to stop for a quick bite there or to go & same with their best coffee in the region! Gas prices are comparable self-service pay at pumps or inside. Ample parking & turn around space. I also love all the Stewart's brand items, better than so called big brand name foods & goods.

My only complaint is that they closed the main downtown Hudson Falls NY store by circle near me, it was very convenient & now I have to drive 4 miles instead of walking 2 blocks. Everyone here misses that store, it was a great hangout for town events, quick stop in for food, treats or items not worth running to a big store for. It says how much I value Stewart's shops that I'll still drive the 4 miles rather than go to the local convenience...

Wish they would take time to train their employees how to use the lottery terminal. Been going there for over four years play multiple numbers on the win four, took two guys to try and figure it out .I wanted my numbers played Friday night ,Saturday morning, Saturday night, The tickets said Friday eve through Saturday eve along with the mega and lotto tickets I bought, the next day my numbers came in and they did the tickets wrong . So I didn’t win $ I always buy all my lottery tickets,gas and anything else I need. I will not be going back there the manager was very rude to me on...

3 separate times I have gone in at the same time around 5pm and same 2 guys all 3 times. One is constantly ringing customers out, the other bum does whatever he can to avoid ringing people out. He is terrible at his job and looks for any excuse not to help out when the place has a line out the door. Pathetic work ethic. I wish I could...
