Ooof. I live locally and have been to Anglers many, many times over the years. Tonight was rough. We arrived about 7:30pm looking forward to some home fries and there were so many drunk (and I mean drunk) campground people at the bar-- talking loudly, practically falling asleep at the bar drunk that we got 1 drink and left. "Adam" was especially intoxicated but yet was still served a shot and a seltzer drink. He could hardly hold the drink... why was he served? I get it, they are right in the backyard but eventually, locals (like us) are going to come in with the intent to eat and leave because it's too chaotic. Might be fine for business during the summer but winter is long and you need the locals just as much if not more as the campers. Let's bring back some decency at...
Read moreI had the opportunity to visit Anglers Bar and Grill this past weekend. My family organized a surprise birthday party. It was very organized and well-maintained building. The service was outstanding. Drinks and food were great. I was actually amazed at the sausage pizza they had. It had a wonderful smoked flavor. Probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had. That's saying something because I LOVE PIZZA!
Given the opportunity, I would definitely visit again. I highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat. Thank you to Anglers Staff for the awesome service and outstanding pizza. Keep up...
