Sally's Sweet Shoppe — Restaurant in Town of Genesee

We came across Sally's as we were researching bakeries for our wedding. We loved what we read in reviews and saw on their website so we decided to reach out and I am glad we did. Sally is AMAZING to work with and has insanely quick response times (and I thought I was fast at responding). It was a great experience working with her for how many cakes we wanted (we decided to do a cake table) and in what flavors as well as getting the Gluten Free Friendly cupcakes.

Everything was an absolute hit and people couldn't stop raving about the deliciousness of the cakes and cupcakes! There wasn't a single crumb left!

We did stop in and get a variety of cupcakes to take home and try as well and we still can't decide which flavor was our favorite.

Sally's sweet shoppe is a little slice of heaven in Genesee Depot. Walking in you get greeted first with a delightful aroma that immediately reminds you of walking into your grandmother's kitchen. Your second greeting is a equally sweet and joyful "Good Morning!" Which settles in the homey feeling. Our daughter immediately gravitated towards Sally and her magnetic personality! The selection of sweets will not disappoint! You can tase the passion and love in every bite. We ordered a little bit of everything and Sally made sure we knew everything that was I every treat! We have enjoyed Sally's goodies for years. Everything is top shelf and extremely good. We love her english muffin bread. Every year for my birthday we get a Boston Cream Pie and everyone licks their plates. She is always experimenting with something new and willing to try making what ever confection we suggest. We love her and the other ladies are very glad to have her as a part of our little community in Genesee. She makes a lemon cream pie that is knock out, red velvet cakes, pumpkin tortes, cheese cakes, all are outstanding. Her latest adventure is small oblong yellow cakes with cream filling and I did not even get to taste one of the four I brought home. They...
