Mr. Twistee's — Restaurant in Town of Geneva

I have been here on four occasions. I have bought icecream twice, a sundae one and a twist once. I have also tried my wifes icecream when she got it 3 times and softserve once. The service is very good and ive always got my orders quickly and accurately. My only reason for the lower rating is the price is simply too much to warrant the cost infact ive never spent this much ever.The softserves are good but average and icecream is no better than what i can get in the store. The servings are far smaller than you'd expect. What they call medium id generally consider a small etc. I also ordered a medium carmel sundae. It was far smaller than expected with very little carmel. My wife had more icecream in her cone than i did in my sudae. There was a little whipped topping , very little, and half a marcino cherry and no nuts. Honestly the most overpriced underwelming sundae ever.. i am almost 40 years old and have never spent so much fo a cone or recieved a smaller serving. Noticed they had on FB a pumpkin/ cheesecake twist Went w friends expecting to taste it. Very disappointed. They did not have the pumpkin/ cheese cake twist. Employee said changed today to pumpkin/ chocolate. It also was not ice cream. It is a produce similar to a dole whip. I decided to have their brownie sundae for 6.95. No problem paying that price if you got something for it. Small cup brownie pieces in bottom w barely any hot fudge. To make this experience even worse the amount or lack of pumpkin ice whip was LITERALLY A Dollop If their was tablespoon & a half. That would be pushing it. Whip cream even smaller. If I ordered a small pumpkin alone I would have gotten more than on this sundae. Everyone in our party was deeply disappointed as well. I would get more on a McDonald's ice cream or sundae. The manager/ owner of this place is terrible. Not only does she treat her employees terribly shes even rude to customers. Went on a family trip to mr.twistees, while in the line my car was hit by someone, while we were getting the other drivers information we were rudely spoken to by sharon for "Holding up the line" To say the least I'm not impressed with her lack of concern or care about her customers. (When in fact we were not holding anyone up there was 3 cars in front of us still waiting to order) Did not end up spending my money there and suggest you don't either. Will NOT be returning or giving any of my money to this lady with a horrid attitude...
