EDIT, (July 2022): Well 3 years has gone by since my last visit to this Taco Bell. I figured that 3 years is plenty enough time to flush the bad employees and turn a business around. The first thing I noticed when I walked into the place was my work boots basically sticking to the floor like you were walking on chewed up gum. My next experience involved a very nice gentleman that took my order. In the middle of him talking to me about my order, some guy (assuming it was the "manager") interrupted him to tell him to go scrub down one side of the restaurant. There were no pleases or respect towards his employee, just Stern directing orders, while I stood there dumbfounded. And then the "manager" realized that the kid wasn't scrubbing the floors the way that he wanted him to due to a misunderstanding. Instead of teaching and/or assisting he basically said "that's not what I told you to do, you need to use the other scrub brush". This guy was not Manager material, maybe he was having an off day but I'm sorry, customers are your #1 priority. I recommend not cutting off a conversation between your customer and co-worker during an order. A filming of Undercover Boss could do wonders for this place!
(Sometime in 2019) - Rude and unprofessional employees, the place is disgustingly filthy. The floor in front of the drink station was soaked and sticky, ice was over flowing out of the catch basin on the drink station, napkins, lids and straws were all over the counter and floor. To top it off it took 17 minutes to get a $5 box (1 chalupa, hard shell taco and Cinnamon Churros that had NO cinnamon at all). I also ordered a shredded chicken burrito which had no ranch sauce, the rice was crunchy and the chicken tasted like tuna fish. The condiment buckets, straws and small lid bins were all empty. My first impression when I walked in was a female "manager?" yelling at another worker telling him "she didn't care about his issues at the moment" while proceeding to slam something under the front counter so hard and loud that it startled my girlfriend who was reading the menu. I normally love Taco Bell and I am so glad that this was not my first experience eating it because the meal that I normally crave was absolutely disgusting. I will never return again, one and done with this place. Canandaigua, Victor or Penfield is where I'll continue my business, where employees appreciate you and greet you before you order and want to make your experience...

It's not the company's food, it's the mindset of the people and the lack of management [that's being allowed] at this location. Last time I came here they didn't even have enough chicken made to create my family pack, there were no biscuits made and I was told if I really wanted them it would be 20min... when I said "Yes, I really do", the worker turned to the manager and said "Are we even making anymore biscuits today or no?" I looked at my watch to make sure I wasn't "a pesty customer who orders too close to closing" (as if that's a thing) but I noticed... NOPE! it's only 6:45pm "DINNER HOURS". The Manager roled their eyes and yelled to the front so begrudgingly "Yeah, fine but it's gonna be 20min!!" To which I replied, "ok, I'll wait" and asked the counter help to please get more chicken if they could in the meantime to complete my order.... left, when I went back, they ended up mixing and matching stuff together to build my order for which I was greatful but I said to myself "that's really sad, probably won't be back for a while" FAST-FORWARD to today... I'm feeling hungry for a Chicken sandwich, maybe some chicken strips... ("let's give 'em another shot" I thought), was going to call the family to see who wanted what, I pull in and there's a Male and a Female right outside the back door (which was wide open) right in front of the drive through speaker smoking a blunt (Female still had her headset on) Wow! Puffing a spliffy, smoking tree's on the job!, and we wonder why customer service sucks and work is not getting done! I don't judge the people, I judge the professionalism and what is being allowed at the place of business and how its affecting the results. You wanna smoke weed? Smoke at YOUR house, you wanna have a bad attitude, have it at YOUR house, you wanna be lazy, let things slide at YOUR house!!! But while you're on the job and getting paid, remeber it's the customers that are paying your pay check (to the employee) your Salaries (to the management) and the rent, lights, taxes & Ins. Read moreWe drove from lyons to go thru drive thru, we ordered a 12 piece extra crispy meal with 3 sides. Mind you we were the 1st ones thruand no one behind us at 4:10pm. We ordered our food, and after waiting at their window for 10 minutes, the girl comes back to the window and tells us to pull up to the next window and they'll bring our food out. As we wait another 10 minutes a young kid comes out with the wrong order, we sent him back in and he brings what looks to be the bucket meal we ordered. Low and behold we were just another fast food statistic to the millennial give me $15 an hour generation so I can screw your food up. We got home and had 8 pieces of chicken, 1 coleslaw which we didn't order, 2 mashed potatoes, and that was it. We paid for a larger meal as we have a larger family and got less. The kid when he came back out the door, says, there's so many cars out here and I can't tell who ordered what! I've tried to call the dump at least 2 times after we got home to see if we can get our money refunded but to no avail. Needless to say this place needs to close as letters strung into sentences confuses this younger generation. They don't understand unless it's acronyms of LOL, LMAO,ROFGLMAO, K, BAE,IKR. What...
