The pizza woman working came off a bit cold to us. Maybe because we were clearly not locals. We were taking a moment to read the menu posted on the wall and the whole time the woman working was trying to speed us along saying things like "we have cheese slices if that makes it easier." My mom had tried to come here in the past, but couldn't try it out since they were only serving those who had put their order in ahead of time due to only one gentleman working the restaurant. My mom tried to tell the woman working that she's been wanting to come but explained why she couldn't and all this worker responded with was a "I don't even know what you're talking about." Lol of course you weren't here during that incident because it was only 1 gentleman working. That's why they could only do the call ahead orders. Of course you had no clue! How hard could it have been to just have been like "oh I apologize, I wasn't aware that had happened"? As a former manager for a chain restaurant, the lack of customer service immediately made me lose my appetite and my desire to support the local business.
Then after we get our food we hear her talking loudly to another group of people that her boss told her she could leave early if there weren't any more pizza orders and rushed out the door. It all made sense. We were getting in the way of her ditching early. Ahhh I see.
Also, my BLT sub had almost a salmon aftertaste. The 2 other women with me were also not impressed with their subs. I didn't get sick from it so I'm assuming it wasn't from any bad product. We decided before we hardly even began eating that we won't...

They can’t seem to remember an order for the life of them. Got chicken wing pizza and they asked three times if we wanted blue cheese on the the side (twice in the phone, literally right after telling them, once in person. The lady who is the cashier was rude and had a massive attitude. Not only that, but walking in everyone glares at you for some reason. They told us to get the pizza in thirty minutes and when we got there we ended up having to wait 15 minutes for them to still make the pizza even though most of the employees were just having a convo and could have easily gotten our order done with the time they told us. Worst part is we still had to remind them what pizza we ordered because they couldn’t be bothered to write it down but wrote that they had an order in our name.
Used to be my favorite pizza place but it really seems like they went downhill in not only customer service and writing down a simple order but the food too. The sauce tastes different, it’s nauseating. And don’t get me wrong, I like greasy pizza whatever but holy cow it was a lake of grease on the pizza. The box tore apart the ride home due to the grease soaking it. The whole pizza lacked flavor too. Not real Italian cooking or pizza in this place.
I was so disappointed because I once loved this place but I believe this will be the last time I ever purchase...
Read moreI've been to this restaurant twice now both times was met with not the best customer service to say the least. They were not friendly or welcoming and as for the food it left a lot to be desired. The chicken parm had no kind of pasta with it, for almost $10 for a dinner I expect the entree to b meat with some sort of pasta I got a very small plate with some chicken on it and barely any cheese. It was covered in sauce and the breading on it left a lot to be desired there was no flavor and it made me nauseous. It did not taste fresh. I have family in Italy & this was far from the homemade food I grew up on. The sauce lacked any pizzaz or robust tomato flavor. I was longing for some garlic or olive oil or some sort of flavor of something anything and it all just fell flat, I could have been eating cardboard! It seems that this restaurant is a neighborhood favorite so I was very surprised at how lacking the food was for flavor. The pizza was slightly better but it's still left a lot to be desired definitely not what I had been hoping for...
