The store itself is fine but the bakery is atrocious. DO NOT ORDER YOUR CAKE FROM HERE. I physically went into the store to order the cake and told the baker exactly what I wanted and she filled out the order form. I ordered a 2 tiered gold cake with an image on the top tier. 2 days later I went to pick up my cake at noon but they stated it wasn’t ready because the baker had written 2pm as the pick up time on the form. I explained this was incorrect. Upon review of the form I noticed that the baker wrote down ALL the wrong information. She wrote down the wrong image that I wanted and wrote down my phone number wrong so they wouldn’t have even been able to contact me to see what the correct image should be. I spoke with the manager regarding this and they offered to work on my cake right away so I agreed to do my other shopping while they worked on the cake. Come back 20 minutes later, they are out of the image I wanted so they have to print it. Fine. 10 minutes later another baker comes out and says printer is broken so I can either take the cake as is or wait for them to fix printer. At this point I had already wasted an hour of my life waiting for this cake. I told them I would have to come back and asked them to call me when it was done. About an hour later they called and said it was ready so I sent my mother in law to pick up the cake since I didn’t have time to go back as I was getting ready for a party. Read moreI’ve been shopping at the BJ’s Wholesale Club in Greece for a while now, and overall it’s been a good experience, though not without a few hiccups. On the positive side, the variety of products available here is impressive. From groceries to household essentials to larger bulk items, there’s usually something for everyone, and I’ve often been able to stock up and save compared to shopping at smaller stores.
That said, availability can be inconsistent. Sometimes I’ll come in looking for a particular item I’ve bought here before and it’s just not in stock. I understand that inventory can vary at wholesale clubs, but it does make planning a little tricky if you’re relying on BJ’s for certain staples.
The store itself is generally clean, but it’s not unusual to see an aisle or two that looks messy or cluttered. It’s nothing that ruins the experience, but it stands out when the rest of the store is otherwise well-kept.
Finding help on the floor can be a hit or miss. There are times when I’ve had no trouble getting assistance, and other times when it feels like staff are hard to track down. On the other hand, the cashiers are consistently friendly. Even when the checkout lines get really long (which happens often enough), they manage to stay polite and keep things moving as best they can.
One big plus for this location is the gas station. Their prices are almost always better than anywhere else in the area, and that alone makes the membership worthwhile.

Read moreKadisha at the front counter at the Greece location, 300 Bellwood drive, she went above and beyond to make sure my boyfriend and I got everything we needed done. She explained everything and actually made sure we comprehended what she was explaining. She was the most amazing woman! I’m so happy she was able to do everything and even went as far as coming across the counter when I was not tech savvy enough to figure out my Apple Pay on my phone. I left there feeling so happy and relieved. If everyone had her amazing customer service skills and genuinely wanted to help everyone the way she did the world would be a better place. Whatever they are paying her it’s not enough for the service she provides she deserves a raise and should be in a position where she trains the other employees to be on her level. I was there because a previous person didn’t complete the task needed, but she completed it. She was so patient, considerate, understanding, helpful, kind, empathetic, respectful, and when I left I really felt better than when I came in. She has exactly the kind of attitude, aptitude for the job, professionalism, and consideration any company would want from their employees.
