Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Greece

I ordered a white garlic pizza but to my surprise got an alfredo pizza which is nast when you are expecting garlic. Called the store and the guy said he will put a credit on my account for a free pizza next time. I asked him who approved it to make sure there is no problems later and he said tell them Cody. Called the next weekend and no credit on my account. A lady gets on the phone and I explain again and she was very rude and had a huge attitude. After a long pause and huge sigh she said fine but never expect this again. I place my order and go to pick it up. They practically pushed me out the door with the pizza and when I thanked the lady and said my kids love their pizza she rolled her eyes at me and said yeah k bye. I don’t know who the lady was but she was acting with authority, maybe an assistant manager? Anyway we eat the pizza and it was clearly tampered with and has little bits of something that tasted like a powder bleach cleaner sprinkled all around the crust. I will never order from this place again this lady needs...

We LOVE the pizza here! The Dominoes corporation has had some issues with their trickle down of customer relations (the phone system is... icky), but the people here at this location are GREAT! I spoke with Dillon via phone today to ask a few questions. He is normally a delivery person, but he answered my call today. His customer service was on point and he answered my questions effectively and helped me find a good pizza deal for our family! I am sure the tips are better to be a driver, but this guy has customer service Nailed. And the pizza from Dominoes? Always delicious!! When we had a previous issue from the app to the phone phone the store, the owner or GM here not only recognized our issue, he went above and beyond to fix it for us. The "4" rating is because of the phone system the national chain forces these nice folks to use - it would be a 5 otherwise!! We will continue to order from...

I called too order for some pizza in the order that I put in. I got different order l reorder again. They messed up my order again. And I got charged for one medium pizza $23 which I ordered to get 3 cheese, and I got one after I told them that that's not what I order. I ordered three, he told him, okay, we can remake it again and I said, no, cause it's gonna take more longer, and I told him, why I got charged for one Pizza? $23, he said, oh, basically, in this one. There are. Two pizza in one which didn't make no sense i called them back on the phone. I said, nothing different what you made on the first one and they told me, okay, we can make it for you three more pizza which I thought, okay, they did the mistake and are they going to fix it?
