I'm beyond frustrated with this location. I did everything I could to make things right short of driving back up there before posting a bad review when they gave me the wrong drink the first time and the wrong size, drink, and not to mention it was unfinished the second time. They also charged me for the wrong size. I both emailed and called them as soon as I got home and no one ever got back to me as far as I know. Oh and they make you dog through their website to find and contact someone about these sorts lf issues. When I called this location, the phone sounded like a fax machine. I even called another location to confirm the number on case Google was wrong and it was indeed the correct number. How does this place function like that? I was very irritated by that point and I won't be going back to this location again. I'm not a huge fan of Dunkin to begin with in terms of the flavor of their drinks and such but they always had great hard apple cider and chai lattes. If I do go back, it will be to a different Dunkin. Why go through all this when there's a Starbucks right across the street? If Dunkin had contacted me and made this right, I would have dropped this but it's been a while now and I haven't seen any attempts...

This location and the other one on the corner of Buffalo Rd and elmgrove Rd are by far the worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to in my life. I have never, I repeat NEVER, have gone there and have had my order correct or someone even remotely nice to me. This one on specific is always forgetting stuff on my order and there stuff that is put in my order is wrong. It took thirty minutes for a black coffee if that gives any indication of the service. IV literally been told by the worker they couldn't break my $50 Bill because there has been to much theft of the big bills in there safe so there not taking big bills anymore. How about watch your cameras???? What if that's all I had on me that day? Money is money and because you have a bunch of thieves up in there, the customers have to suffer? Get it together. Don't even get me started on how rude most of the employees Iv had the pleasure of taking care of me...not. Rude from the young teenagers all the way up to women pushing there 50s. For starters the employee at the window was rude, rushing me with my order & all i asked for was a coffee & 2 glazed donuts anyways i got to the window & it took about 3-4 minutes for someone to take my payment. I get my order & the coffee was perusal but the donuts had little black things on them so i simply requested for new donuts & i was refused! And told “they all have that on them, that’s how they’re made”. This is unacceptable customer service, I’ve worked at Tim Hortons so I’m aware that something such as a request for new donuts because theres something on the donuts that shouldn’t be there would be a request easily fulfilled.
