Perri's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Greece

Let me start by I have never left a review before. So i ordered from the long pond store earlier this week (11/8) or 11/ 7 cant remember) I ordered a large Mexican Fiestada pizza even tipped them $8 for pickup, because i spent 14 yrs in kitchens myself. Then they think sending my wife home with a standard cheese pizza with some ground beef pieces in it will do. Only to open it, taste it and it was completely WRONG. I was so mad, my wife decided to look on their page to make sure i didnt do something wrong and then low and behold!!! They immediately put that specific item as "out of stock". Hmmm, yet they proceeded to take my money anyways and make some terrible knock off version instead of call me back and be an honest company and tell me its 86'ed. ( item out ) na they took my hard earned money and basically took my tip with no regard. I will never spend my money with that specific location again. We've enjoyed a few orders from Perri's, but the overall service has been poor in our last 3. The most recent will be the last for a while. Ordered online, estimated order time of 30min later. Showed up on time, and kitchen was busy. Order wasn't ready, so I waited. 15min later, my order comes out. Checked it, and my bacon cheddar fries are plain. They take the fries back and my other food sits with me. 10min later and my fries are back. My other food is cooled, and I make my dissatisfaction known to the staff. The counter person gives me a sarcastic wish of "have a nice night" and I leave angry. 5min drive home to serve cool boneless wings with separating wing sauce to the family. Fried ravioli also cool. Fries were fresh and tasty. 33% not bad for baseball, terrible...

☆☆☆ Update☆☆☆Sept 25th 2020☆☆☆ I just called to order 6 slices and a 2 liter and was told they don't deliver just slices ..... I find that odd because I ordered 5 slices last weekend with no problem 🤔🤔😏😏😏🤔😏

I tried to order a whole pizza pie of the big slices & the person at the register couldn't understand that I wound up with a medium pizza looks like I could have went to little ceasar and paid $5
