Went through the drive thru, never got my card back, realized it when I exited, turned back around to go back through the drive thru, waited in line again, card couldn’t be found, they either gave it to another customer or misplaced it. Tried talking to a manager at night, she was helpful, told me she’d call the store manager and they would look at the video to see in the morning. Called back in the morning, talked to a manager who laughed and basically told me the only way they were able to look at the video was if there was a police report which was crazy.
