This location is excellent!!! Chick-fil-A always has the tastiest food and this location was no different! They served the delicious tasty food you expect when you walk into a chick-fil-A. For the service portion of my review I believe they deserve 4 1/2 stars but I was only allowed to select 4 stars. This is because the service was a little slow which is completely understandable because the day I was there it was pretty busy. They still got my food to me in pretty much average amount of time. But, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very friendly and I felt welcomed and comfortable!😁😁😁 Chick-fil-A has consistently set itself apart as a fast-food chain that delivers exceptional quality and service. From the moment you walk in, the friendly and welcoming atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The staff is always courteous and goes above and beyond to ensure that your dining experience is top-notch. Their dedication to customer service is truly commendable and sets a high standard in the industry.

Worst customer service ever experienced at a Chic-fil-a restaurant ever! Someone needs to come oversee this location.

Every other location I’ve been to has been consistently amazing. Employees here don't seem to care for their job nor are they following there hyigiene protocol. Passed through location over the weekend and wait wasnt long to place order however did not have all breakfast items available but proceeded to order things they had available. I had already placed my order and went to the restroom where two female employees were messing around having the convesation about spending time there all day long like in high school. But the worse part is they left the bathroom without washing their hands...one went to the register and other was handing out the orders.

The wait was more 30 minutes for the order. INSANE! They would not handle it down if they were a drive thru location. Management needs to step up their game! Two employees should not be going to the bathroom at the same time...especially if you see how busy it is or gets!

My husband got the order only to realize the order was wrong but we just left it was ridiculous to even bring it up when you see how...

Folks, I know there's a lot of hoop and holler about the famous Chick-fil-As but today's experience was average at best. The chicken breast sandwich was good and the sauce to put on it not so bad. My grilled sandwich was tasteless and too small. The fries were okay and the mac and cheese was fantastic. They didn't even give you ketchup for those fantastic fries! I had a great orange soda and my mother had a Coke. The place was pleasant to eat in and the help was extremely good. However, two people ate for $31.25. That's absolutely astronomical in my book. I don't know if I ordered supersized objects or not but I wasn't going to give the food back. I like the fact that it was cooked to order. Chick-fil-A's are going to be coming to Yonkers and White Plains and I'm hoping that they don't rip the general public off because their food is not worth these kinds of prices by any stretch of the imagination. I know freshness means a lot however it doesn't mean robbing the general public. The atmosphere was terrific and the place was very clean. The bathrooms were also nice. Maybe it would be a good idea to open on Sundays so that they can bring down the...
