I brought my Starbucks Brewed Refill Tumbler (which i received as a Christmas gift) here to be filled. I asked the cashier if she would fill my tumbler. First she looked at me like i was crazy and didn't say a word. I had to repeat myself before she took the tumbler and filled it. She returned to the register with my filled cup and charged me regular price for the coffee.
For those of you who don't know, the tumbler costs $40 to buy and it comes with one free coffee every day in January.
I asked her why she is charging me for the coffee. Her coworker (which i assume is the manager) said that i only get a free coffee one time when i purchase the tumbler and this Starbucks does not participate in promotions because it is a franchise. So i paid for the coffee and left.
I am leaving a one star review because the employees at this store were not aware of the promotion. Even though they aren't participating they should at least be aware enough to give accurate information to customers who come in asking for the tumbler to be filled.
In addition, they didn't mention that they weren't participating in the promotion until AFTER they filled my tumbler. I ended up paying for a coffee that should have been free. I would not have had them fill my tumbler if i knew they were gonna...

Morning crew was very disrespectful, we ordered 4 drinks, first of all the drinks for anyone one were outnot called names were not included on the order, they were just putting them on counter getting cold and you had to go thru them and sort your own. All our 4 drinks were done incorrectly and when we requested to be corrected we were yelled at even when the cashier told the barista to read the labels she argued that labels are incorrect when they were not.
I've been a Starbucks customer for years and years and have never ever seen a Starbucks service like this morning crew.
I hope Starbucks corporate read this and take action, because I'm not stopping at this location any...
