I had been hoping the new building, employees and training would have improved issues experienced at the previous location. Unfortunately, my first trip today at the "new" McDonald's was poor. The building is a beautiful improvement but training and product is worse than previously. My chocolate shake was better than before but still not consistent with other locations near nor far. Beverage and food products should be prepared, taste and be exactly the same here or a location in California. That's the point of chain fast food restaurant's, duh! Are there not training, policy, recipes and procedures to follow? People have expectations of what the food should taste like. I got home to eat, and the first thing I noticed was the French fries I paid for weren't in the bag. I ordered and paid for (4) packs of a three cookie pack. When I looked in the cookie packs, each pack had only two cookies, shorting me four cookies. It's great there's team work to fill an order but one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing and orders aren't being correctly filled. Then I go to eat my hamburgers trying to salvage this mistake of a trip and each of the three had almost no detectable ketchup, need a magnifying glass to detect any mustard at all and I think I saw one rice sized piece of onion on each burger, the burger meat was well done and very dry, and an odd color. The "lightly toasted bun" tasted more stale and dry then toasted, with the lack of the proper amount of condiments, I had a hard time swallowing these worst McDonald hamburgers I've ever eaten, at dozens of McDonald's across the country over decades of patronizing this fast food chain. How hard is it to follow McDonald's protocol for preparing the food? There needs to be better training, management and quality control or open your own brand hamburger joint. You can call in surprise in a box instead of Jack in the box and at least people will know to keep their expectations at special olympics level. In short, the food stinks and they short you on the products you paid good money for and no, I'm not traveling 30 minutes round trip back to remedy your mistakes. It cost me over $18.00 for...
Read moreI’d literally give zero stars if I could. So first things first, no BBQ sauce for my son for the 6th time I’ve gone there.. which fine.. whatever. I pull up to the window and they go to hand me a chocolate shake.. I ordered vanilla. I handed it back and just told her it was wrong. Once again, fine.. I’m pretty patient. I got the shake! Then she hands me a happy meal that I ordered but no hamburger so Im thinking it just isnt ready yet. The girl opens the window and asks me if I ordered fries too and I said, “no a hamburger with extra pickles” and she just kinda looks at me confused. I repeat my order twice and she shuts the window. I pull my receipt out just to show her when she comes back thinking maybe she’s new and I’ll just show her and be on the way. A different girl opens the window, and I put my receipt out to her and she said with the most disrespectful tone, “Yeah???????” And I told her “I need my hamburger???” And she literally shoves the bag at me. This is not the first and I'm sure it’s not the last time the employees here will be rude. The attitudes and disrespect toward customers is disgusting and they should not be working with the public. On more than one occasion I have experienced this with numerous different workers. I would just like to make this clear.. The first girl wasn’t the issue.. it’s frustrating to keep getting the wrong items but the last girl was incredibly rude. If my son didn’t love happy meals so much, I would never give my...
Read moreHi there McDonald’s team of Hudson. Firstly? I’d like to start by saying I’ve been a loyal customer to the Hudson Fairview McDonald’s. I always come in with a positive mood and a kind manner as I understand it’s hard working for fast food companies. I always come in to get my ice coffee for 1.07. (Great price I may say.) id say? I like to enjoy my coffee and there’s no better place than McDonald’s. Service there is great most times but the morning crew manager with the glasses beard and blue jacket is super unfriendly. I have no issues with any staff at our Hudson McDonald’s except for him. He talks poorly about Allen cook when he’s off the clock stating he shouldn’t have to treat a man like Allen kind. He said in his own words a man like Allen don’t deserve to work for McDonald’s. If I’m being honest? That bothered me knowing Allen is a great person. The manager is a complete ass whole to me too not even speaking to me as I struggle to help him smile. He is very rude and if you could speak to him for us customers? We’d like to feel appreciated as we spend our money espessially if we try to be patient with the constant flow of busy. I am always super polite and patient never complaining. This made me want to speak up for others and Allen too because he works so hard. Please do better McDonald’s. You guys make people so happy when you’re not in...
