2 Stars – The Only Thing “Dunkin’” Was My Hope Stopped by this morning at Dunkin’ in Greenville, NY thinking I’d grab a refreshing iced tea and a quick bite to kickstart the day. The iced tea? Fine. It’s iced tea—you’d have to go out of your way to mess that up. So, congrats on meeting the bare minimum, Dunkin’. Now let’s talk about the bagel. I ordered an everything bagel but apparently “everything” didn’t include flavor, freshness, or cream cheese. It was like someone fished a frozen bagel out of a defrost tray, gave it a confused stare, and then left it on the counter for three days to ponder its existence. It was mushy, soggy, and somehow stale all at once. A true textural paradox. As for the cream cheese, I think I saw a whisper of it somewhere in the middle
but I might’ve just imagined that in my hunger-induced hallucination. Still optimistic, I added a side of two turkey sausage patties thinking: “Hey, let’s get some protein in here.” What I got was
honestly? Unclear. Slimy, greasy, and tasting like turkey’s distant cousin who never got invited to family functions for good reason. I’m still not entirely sure what I ate. Might’ve been turkey. Might’ve been regret. And just when I thought I was done—bam—the final boss: the drive-thru exit. I had to maneuver my car around not one but two massive craters that could swallow a compact sedan whole. If you ever wanted to combine your breakfast run with an off-roading adventure, this is your spot. The iced tea survived. The bagel didn’t. The “turkey” left emotional scars. And my suspension system is currently writing its own Yelp review. Would I return? Only if my GPS gets hacked or I develop amnesia. “Food that feeds the soul, beauty that speaks volumes, and travel that tells a story always through the eyes of Italy Loves India.” — Alyson Savino

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Can't provide name of employee that was absolutely awful because she refused to give it, as well as the manager Jessica. No acknowledgement or greeting from the girl that was at register, she just walked away, and started going on and on out loud. The girl who made my drinks was a sweetheart. Long wait, zero customer service, unapologetic, and WORST customer service ever. Will return only if I absolutely need to. Returned to this location on 10/2 and must say, I was extremely impressed with the customer service, it was like walking into a totally different Dunkin. The manager and girls were so friendly, acknowledged and order taken accurately and in a timely manner. Kudos this time around

Lady was very rude to me and my passenger at the drive-thru when taken our orders. Bad experience for the both of us and we would of order a bit more but, her attitude truly turned us away.

I had an incident back on July 14, 2025, Some girl walked in, claiming that she used to work. There was yelling at an employee who supposedly tattled on her for walking behind the counter and helping herself to making drinks. That employee Started to make my drink and couldn’t finish it because the one that supposedly used to work, there was screaming at her, embarrassed her so she excused herself and went into the back another employee that was there he finished making my drink. As he was finishing my drink, that girl decided to help herself by going behind the counter and making two refreshers And she told him I know that you won’t say anything that you don’t mind that I’m back here. I don’t know if she got fired or quit she claims she quit. The whole point is that she was using foul language and she embarrassed the other employee and she did not work there so why was she helping herself to two refreshers? I guess it has happened before. I have called the 800 number twice and have not heard anything. This location does not have a working number so you cannot call a manager and speak to a manager. I had another incident today, August 11, 2025 where there were three people working by the drive-through window (When I walked in, there were only Three cars for the drive-through window) They were goofing off, not paying attention to the counter. I stood there for a little while, waiting for someone to come and take my order. The girl that was tending the drive-through window I know she saw me twice and not once did she tell the other employees that there was someone at the counter I ended up walking out and I did ask upon walking out if anyone Felt like working today Again today, I called the 800 number. I hope something gets done about this location Because it seems like all they hire or people that goof off And people that used to work there that like to scream and use foul language and help themselves when they...

The Greenville Dunkin’ is always a solid stop for me. The staff are quick, kind, and somehow keep things moving even during the morning chaos. My order comes out right, the coffee is hot, and everyone manages to stay professional no matter what’s thrown at them. That’s not easy, and they deserve a lot of credit for it.

Of course, some people don’t seem to notice that. They’ll stand in line sighing dramatically, make a scene over a lid not being snapped on tight enough, and then go home to write a scathing review about how their “day was ruined.” And yet—mysteriously—they’re right back here tomorrow ordering the exact same latte. Almost like the store isn’t actually the issue. Strange how that works.

It must take a lot of energy to keep up the routine: complain today, sip the drink anyway, then come back tomorrow ready to start the cycle all over again. Almost admirable, really. Especially since the coffee they supposedly “can’t stand” still disappears from the cup every time.

And let’s not forget—while the staff here are running around making sure everyone’s fed and caffeinated, some folks have the luxury of turning their coffee stop into their main source of daily drama. Must be nice to have so much free time, especially when someone else is out earning the paycheck that covers those daily lattes.

Meanwhile, the rest of us will continue to enjoy Greenville Dunkin’ for what it is: a dependable, hardworking team that makes sure we start the day off right. I’ll happily keep coming back—not to nitpick, but to appreciate the effort that goes into keeping this...
