It's busier here in the morning, but the staff at this time get the job done and work well.
The evening staff tend to take your card and run it through the drive-thru instead of you running your card yourself up front. Typically it's the same person. I don't like this.
While it is sort of my fault for not bothering to correct them, probably half of my orders here in the evening are not fully correct or just plain wrong (giving me frozen coffee instead of frozen chocolate for instance) and I feel like I'm wasting my money. Since I'm not the one running my card at the terminal, I can't verify that my order is correct anyway.

A simple ‘have a nice day’ from the greeter would go a long way. It’s disappointing to see a lack of basic work ethic in the staff.
