Mark's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Hamlin

Ive been a loyal customer to this marks specifically for almost a decade. Religiously we order the exact same thing 99.9 % of time a large cheese and pep extra light on the sauce with mozzarella sticks the other .1 percent it's Chicken finger dinners or subs. I never really have a problem except every once in a while when I order either way online or on the phone the computer glitches and the pep doesn't get added or they forget the pop or the sides, typically they offer to send the stuff out correctly or doscount oir next order because they are understanding that the computers are not perfect and has issues typically i jist take the discount for the next one cause i have pep in the fridge and just add it tonight however I delt with a rude man who could just tell hates his job. In over 14 years ordering marks pizza from hamlin to rochester I've never had this issue with the rudeness. Im so disappointed not only was my 50 bucks wasted on nasty cheese pizza that now sits in the trash well 43 the rest was a tip but then when I call i get told we'll to bad that's what the computer says,you weren't charged so basically deal with it as if your computers dont mess up has officially ruined this place. It's a shame a nasty person who is mad at life just ruined my families favorite pizza...

We ordered two calazones (with other items including a salad that was wrong), the girl asked if we wanted ricotta cheese in both we told her yes both. We only received one calzone when we called back they were rude and said it wasn't written down but they would not charge us a delivery fee for the order they messed up after arguing over weither it was ordered or not when we all heard my mother order it. The second order came and it was filled with onions and meat. This was supposed to be a simple cheese calzone. When we called back again they told us they would just comp it for the next time. It was my nine year old sisters dinner she still hadn't eaten. We are an easy going family it takes a lot to annoy my parents but there was zero accountability or apology. I know Covid makes things rough but getting a calzone chock full of onions after you complain seems suspicious. I can smell it from the other room. Marks usually makes us sick anyways so I guess this is the last time we will be ordering. Just wanted to give them a chance. Kronys who DOESN'T deliver has actually done more to fix their mistakes even going as far as to drive the correct order out to us and they are right next door. Bad system, bad service, cold food, poor quality and quantity. I moved 2 years ago. I have had my deliveries go to my old address (computer switches to my address) or they get lost. With my last order I called the store 22 minutes after I got the "on our way" text and was told it would arrive any minute. I tried to explain that I have had problems in the past but they did not listen. Another 10 minutes goes by and I get a call form the driver, he is at my old address. I give him the correct address but my food is delivered cold again. I ordered Chicken Fingers for $10.49 and I get these flat pieces of I guess chicken. The size of the what they called chicken fingers order was pathetic to say the least (see the picture). I spent $40 for a calzone and 2 orders of fingers. I could of and should of ordered steak. I called the store and voiced my disappointment and was told they would do nothing. With so many choices I will never be ordering from Marks again. I highly suggest any other establishment.
