Dugout Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Town of Hartwick

Don’t go here if you are in any kind of hurry. We took part of our team here during our stay at Dreams Park for lunch, and it took absolutely forever. They kept losing our orders over and over and several of our party had to wait close to 2 hours for food. And when I went to pay they charged me for the wrong ticket and then tried to tell someone else in the party that I had not paid. The worst part was that all of the servers were just standing around inside, and there were only a few tables that were full. The food was decent, but the service was absolutely awful and they acted like our big party was an anomaly, which it should not be during a week of teams and parents moving in and out.
