D Patron — Restaurant in Town of Haverstraw

The owners takes special pride in making sure that you are happy at this restaurant. There’s a large bar in the back that is often busy with customers. They do a lot of takeout business. They have I don’t know about about 10 tables we usually eat in at this restaurant. After you order your presented with an appetizer for free which is a tortilla with some some cheese melted in it and you have your salsa and your chips. The lunch entrées are well priced and very enjoyable we’ve been there many many times for lunch. I really enjoyed the chili Rellano and the enchiladas and I love the salsa. When we finish with our meal we are again presented with a free dessert for each of us which is another flour tortilla with some type of sugary thing inside and out like a chocolate sauce on the outside really nice atmosphere. I. Love. This place. I stumbled onto it one day while in the area for work and now, if I go down that way, I make sure to plan my lunch to go here. Fresh food and every time I go, customers are speaking Spanish which I find to be a testament to the authenticity of this restaurant. When I used to work as a cook, some of the Hispanic workers would bring food from home and this restaurant reminds me of that food. So good.
