I used to love this place! I've ordered from this place over 50 times! They had a family deal which I always got which came with a pizza pie, ziti, knots and a soda without a coupon and I called today to get my usual order and the guy who answered the phone was SO NASTY! He wasn't trying to help me and said I needed a coupon and had no idea what I was talking about which irritated me because I've ordered the same thing so many times! Then I asked where I could get this coupon and he says maybe the penny saver. And I tried to ask which coupon could get me the family deal and he said well we have so many and just had such a nasty attitude while he spoke to me. I was a regular customer who always ordered from there when I had parties or company over and they lost a loyal customer over a coupon and because they have terrible customer service! Make sure you train your employees to be more helpful and not to be rude when people call! I will never order from there ever again!! I am very sad that I give them 2 stars but this was the second time it happened. I went in last night placed and order said I would be back came back to pick it up and the girl behind the counter says oh i forgot ur order.. well I said ok no problem. please make sure it's hot. and I get home and the slices were not hot and the cheese was not melted and the chicken roll was cool.i specifically said make sure it's hot cause I have had this girl wait on me before and she throws it in and than take it out. I live like 5 min it's a heat wave the whole reason I didnt want to put on.the oven there is no way it wouldnt get cold. I just want hot food in the middle of a heat wave so I dont have to cook for me and my kids. I have been to calabrias so many times and love them. but for what ever reason this one employee ignores u when u first walk in and than the food is not hot I will try someone else local to see...

Calabria is one of the best pizza places around, but they are a lot more than pizza. Their entrees are excellent, including Chicken Francese, Shrimp Parm, Chicken Parm, Chicken Marsala, Penne Bolognese ... and their meatball sub is about the best around. Even the complimentary bread is great, excellent mozzarella sticks, too...this isn't your average pizza joint. If you call for delivery, you won't be getting the friendliest staff as a rule, but the order is always right and the delivery drivers are fast and friendly.
