I'll be honest . it's my local place and was good at executing and good cooking technical skills.. but in the middle of COVID they really changed and started getting pretty stingy... in ways that really irk you of you were a regular.. egg rolls are supposed to be double fried which is why you see them already brown when they fry again during your order. they probably stopped doing that to save time and cost but it's immediately evident when eating a doughy non crispy egg roll..stingy.. they now will sell you a large order of anything you ask for if they can without telling you until you get there and realize your bill is double..stingy/scammy, cook has obviously changed and they will make all sauces very watery and low flavor .. might not notice on brown sauce but other sauces you feel like you are drinking broth.. stingy... speaking of broth all broth in the soups have had the flavor cut in half.. like drinking warm water... this you can tell immediately in noodle soup.. stingy.. speaking of soup don't bother ordering large because they will give you 70 percent of a quart and the same amount of chicken as a pint.. very obvious and insulting... you just get more of the broth that's now basically water.... they don't put proportionate amount of sauces or other items in your order.stingy.if you ask for any sauce they didn't include they will go back into the bag and remove any sauce they happened to give..ie if you ask for hot sauce they will go back into your bag and remove all your soy and duck sauces even if it takes 2 minutes to fish it all out... they are nice, not rude and somewhat efficient but when every mouthful has the taste of stingy and you have to scrutinize you bill each time I think that's when you write a review and stop going unless you are in a pinch and need food knowing it won't...

The atmosphere was sort of weird maybe because the street light may it appear airy nvrtheless we order got home the boneless ribs arent ribs more like Deep fry slab flat coated w/ red barbecue sauce i wouldn't feed to my pets my chicken was full of hair from the chicken 😕wing of the chicken was longer than than drum portion. Place used to be a gem pre pandemic, use to get their food as a family all the time growing up. Lately, they are missing order requests , quality & consistency is going down.
