Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I visited this Dunkin donuts on a Sunday afternoon. I walk in and notice that there is only one girl working and she's helping out one customer, there was no one else in the store.. I didn't know at which register she was taking the orders so I stood close by to that customer she was helping so that she could see I was waiting. The girl didn't even acknowledge me and she had her airpods in. Few minutes later another lady walks in and she goes to stand at the register and I walk back to that register so the girl can take my order. The lady that walked in after tries to order and I said excuse me ma'am but I've been waiting for about 10 minutes so I can order. She proceeds to tell me she got there before me. Delusional and entitled.. What was worst is the lady working there says she didn't know who had gotten there first and tells the lady " you know you're a regular, let me just deal with her and you can give me your order though ". For the young lady working there, had you not been on your headphones and paid attention to your surroundings you would've noticed I was patiently waiting until u got finished helping one customer. I never even go to this place. I usually go to the one on sunrise and I will never step foot in this...

I buy, I leave. Nothing to really say they all are exactly the same. Even the garbage is the same way at each location. Dunkin people are ignorant, there's everything listed on Google Maps, asking you what did you order/have? But all I ever have is not listed. COFFEE!!!! SO AMERICA IS RUNNING ON GAS AND ELECTRIC, DUNKIN IS RUNNING ON THE BRINK OF LOSING THEIR IDENTITY. Also the location of the Screw being placed under my car tire. How do they pass health inspections? Needs new Management, and whoever passed the proverbial health inspection should be fined by the Environmental Police. My Post will have the regulatory violations in the morning. I even left my email address on Chris's car and said important. No email yet. Meanwhile the cameras in his company's store doesn't work, people sleeping in the store and in and out when it's closed, or suppose to be. A manager married to an employee, soliciting younger women for sex, a brother in law sleeping in the store after hours. Rehiring employees after stealing from the regjster only to come back to steal another $20. Now I know how your locks were broke/altered the same time your cameras stopped working. How convenient. This place is amazing! Every employee is exceptional in their own way. When you visit, you'll encounter friendly staff members who wish you a good day and make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Every time I’m there, I feel valued, and my orders have always been correct—I’ve never had any issues. The establishment is clean, and if you need a table cleaned, they promptly offer assistance.

There’s a lady at the sandwich station who is particularly skilled at her job. The management is great, too. When you come to this location, take the opportunity to get to know the different staff members who work each shift.
