I brought in a pendant for an adjustment (it didn’t fit on a new chain I bought). When I went in to pick up the price they went over the bill explaining that they “fixed” the chain…a brand new chain that was not broken. They tried to charge me for it too.

They didn’t call or ask me-they just took it upon themselves to “repair” an item that was not broken and tried to make me pay for it. And didn’t apologize either.

I was skeptical to bring my mother's bracelet to just any jewler, after I walked in and was welcomed by such a bright sole of the woman and man behind the counter, my conscious leed me to test this craftsman's work., they quoted me a great price compared to my long time jewler and when I inspected the work under a glass it was great workmanship, plus it was super shiny clean when I picked it up at no extra charge.
