I ordered from the menu an eggplant Parm dinner with spaghetti. I literally was given an aluminum bowl full of spaghetti with 1 super thin slice of eggplant on top. Paper thin. The next part of the order was 10 wings mild. I received 10 wings in a puddle of grease. The grease actually almost covered the wings. We ate 3 of them. The sausage calzone that was ordered was extremely small. However, it was eaten. The garlic bread with cheese came cold but was edible. I called to complain about spending $19.99 for a piece of paper, thin eggplant, and a 1/4 lbs of spaghetti, with tons of cheese. I explained that I ate the piece of eggplant and there wasn't any other eggplant in the container. Just spaghetti and cheese. The girl, Gabby, or Abby stated that they do not have an eggplant dinner on their menu. They clearly do. It's called an eggplant plate, and you only get a thin sliced piece of eggplant. The menu clearly states eggplant dinner. She also expressed that "nobody has ever complained about their food." She said she would talk to the manager and have the eggplant dinner and the chicken wings refunded. Our driver had forgotten our 2 Liter of Pepsi. He asked if he had to go back and get our soda"? "Of course," we said "yes". He had not returned with our soda yet, so I said he could pick the food up that was being returned. Gabby, Abby (?) stated there wasn't a manager there, but she would ask for the refund. I agreed to pay for the garlic bread with cheese and the calzone. The soda was delivered soon after. We then received a phone call from a woman named Melissa, the manager. She said that in order to be refunded, I must return the food. I said, "Come pick it up!" She then said, "we could bring it down because she came in to handle this situation!" We boxed up the food to be picked up. They still haven't come to pick the food up! I am waiting on the final charge to my credit card. The original price was $66.00. I will contest the charge completely if Melissa, the manager, does not refund my credit card with the $19.99 Eggplant Parm Dinner and the cost of 10 chicken wings at $12.50. To be treated as disrespectfully as we were by Melissa, the manager, has made this a "NEVER AGAIN" order! The food is as horrible as your attitude Melissa, "the manager". The worst Italian food I have ever tasted was from this establishment.

Come get your garbage food off of my porch, please, and return my money.

Tried again. Staff much friendlier this time. Thought we'd try the "best cheesesteak" sandwich. The first bite was absolutely delicious! Taste was great and the bread soft. Sad to say it ended there. About the fourth bite in I had a very big piece of gristle in my mouth. All told between my wife (she ate one half, I the other) we ended up spitting out about six fairly large pieces. Needless to say, it pretty much ruined the experience.

Pretty straightforward experience. Staff was cordial, nominally friendly. One staff didn't seem to know what's going on. He couldn't answer questions like "what's in the stromboli', how much it was, etc.

The strom seemed a bit pricey but it was pretty good.

Can we get a correct order? We order extra blue cheese because it costs extra. We tell them to please include the blue cheese that we pay extra for. After four tries we finally get tons of blue cheese. We order a salad. We get some greens with a bunch of coleslaw thrown on top. You know what no one wants on top of a delicious salad? Extra cabbage. WTF… We ordered over $50 of food and tipped $10. It took almost 2 hours on a Friday night and the order was still wrong. Nicky… seriously… fix it. The service is terrible.
