Village Pizzeria and Deli — Restaurant in Town of Hoosick

Bad experience today unfortunately had to order a Calzone twice because when our food came it did not, then when called was told it was not on the order though it was read back when placing the order. Unfortunately didn't have your recipe but have the two bank with draws and prices and what paid paid 50$ for fish n chips dinner, Buffalo chicken wrap, cheese burger, Broc Calzone, and motz sticks. PAID $50. +Tip and then had to Pay the $12 again now for the Calzone again. Do the math not right. I am an executive chef of a restaurant and I like to support local buisness but let's just admit when we make mistakes and fix our errors and work on overall customer sat. Sorry. I just don't understand how you were going to tell me the fish and chips and wrap and motz only...

The pizza sucks. You’ll get better pizza from the freezer section at the supermarket to be completely honest. The boneless wings are good though. The subs are good, too, but the Philly Cheese Steak is kind of bland and boring.

Also, good luck calling an order in because you’ll get a busy signal. It’s almost like they cut the phones until they can catch up. I called 9 times until the call finally went through.

Just don’t get the pizza unless you love being utterly disappointed. The dough tastes and feels like it’s been frozen and undercooked, slapped with a couple of teaspoons of sickly sweet jarred marinara, and topped with cheep leathery cheese before it’s popped in the oven. I’ll take Stouffer’s French Bread Pizza over this garbage...

Wow was just charged a $2 processing fee of my credit card on my $75 order, 2 dollars to split an order of 25wings flavors? Customer Service has gone downhill since the owner, and especially his wife stop coming in, and being present daily. (I do know they absolutely deserve some freedom and shouldn't have to be to babysit the employees). They made the BEST food, and were always accommodating their customers. The "extra" fee are absolutely outrageous and pretty unnecessary for a larger order. Disappointed. Hopefully the food makes up for where the...
