Danny's Deli — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

Bought a plate, as I take a bite into the grilled chicken it makes a church sound, it was rubbery and hard, I realized once I tried another piece it was raw. As a person that understands mistakes and slip ups, raw chicken is just never ok. I went back to the store was was offered to have the raw chicken swapped off the plate. Once raw chicken touches any food all the food will be contaminated* I told the worker that wouldn’t do, I rather get my money back. She was polite and gave money back. I think going forward I will not bother to try this deli anymore. They are clean and polite yes, and most part the food has been good. I’ve had to go back a couple times in the past year for either a rotten bakery item, lettuce that had mold, raw chicken, an expired drink. Just not worth...

This morning after work I went to this deli I’ve been here a few times before.The owner took my order and I got home and everything was wrong. I had to drive back and I asked her why would she mess my order up I had no cheese on my eggs no Pepper and onions in my potatoes and my roll for my blt was burned.she was very rude I know she did this on purpose . A time before that she argued with me about getting potatoes n plantain together on a platter I told her if it has to be on the side it’s fine I’ll pay for it. Most arrogant manager I have ever encountered! I bought an omelet with toast and there was GREEN MOLD ON MY TOAST! I called to request a refund for my food because I was disgusted and could not even finish my food. She offered me credit for just the TOAST! I asked for a refund of my meal, and she got passive aggressive and told me she will send her delivery guy to pick up the food and toast and only then she will refund me.
