Today 08/11/25 around 4:30 pm i had a horrible encounter with the two employees. It was two hispanic ladies and one of them was named Yasmin. I came in with my son and then my sister with her family (that means two different families walked in). We came in and my sister ordered first for her family. She then handed one of the ladies a coupon and the lady said that only one coupon is valid per family. After my sister paid, i went ahead and ordered for me and my son, however, when the lady saw how i was carrying a coupon in my hand, she claimed that i cannot use that coupon because my sister already used a coupon and only a coupon is validated per family. I told her that my sister is one family and i’m another. the lady continues with an attitude and says that because me and my sister walked in together that counts as a family. I told her that this wasn’t fair because it was two different payments for two different families. She continued on saying that since the camera saw us all entering the store together, she can only accept one coupon. i asked nicely if i could speak to the manager about this and once again the ladies continued with an attitude and said that there was no manager present. Between our conversations they were whispering to each other saying god knows what. Afterwords, the lady gave me an attitude and making fun of us while stating that if i wasn’t satisfied with their service or how they treated us, then we should dance our way to the google review and give them a review. All i wanted was to enjoy a nice afternoon with my son and my sisters family but this was not what we expected. We were very disappointed and this is not how things should be. Read moreReading is a very fundamental skill in the restaurant business. I ordered 2 sandwiches today and they came to me transposed. The ingredients for 1 was on the other and so on. Then when I called up, there was no answer. I ordered through Uber and the ingredients were right on the screen for the representative to read.Yet the sandwiches were completely wrong. I even ordered 50% more meat on one of the sandwiches and that was not there either. People keep crying for minimum wage to be raised, yet the skills of workers are getting worse and worse. I wish I could control which Subway gets chosen when I order through Uber Eats. I will just no longer order Subway through them at the risk of getting this...

Then they tell me 2 different prices. $1.75 for 2 thin slices of turkey! Plus when I asked for extra cucumber she put on 4 slices for a foot long! I asked for more. Then the other worker states they're only allowed to put 6 slices on. OMG all I ordered was turkey, lettuce and cucumber. I could have ordered every other item for free!...
