Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Islip

my pizza was very very, very dry. The wings were not fully cooked. I specifically called the store and asked for the wings and the pizza to be well done and the lady said yes and when I got there, the man was so rude to me. He was yelling saying that the pizza isn’t dry when I asked him to put garlic sauce on the crust, and then my wings are raw. They are not fully cooked at all and this is the same problem that I had before my wings weren’t fully cooked and I got sick. I called the next day and I had to make a complaint with this. it’s just always something with the store and this manager because they either never follow directions or their food is always uncooked and this is terrible because today when I went up there, the man was so rude to me for no reason saying that he doesn’t care if I make a complaint and go ahead, he gave me his name, but I forgot i was just really unhappy. I paid for this and my pizza is really really dry. There’s no sausage on it. I took pictures. There’s barely sausage on it. There’s no extra cheese like I paid for. I took pictures. Awful awful experience. Ordered ahead for curbside pick up to be ready once I got off the train from work. Arrive and order isn’t ready. Waited an additional 10 minutes. The in app timer started for the 2 minute time to bring to car. Still no order until 10 minutes after that. Someone who appeared to be the manager brought the order out and aggressively handed to me with no thank you or sorry. Everything was loose on top of pizza box so ranch dressings fell under a seat. Utensils went everywhere. Soda fell off the box into parking lot. I contacted customer service and they said location would reach out. Still no response a week later. I ordered an emergency pizza online got there about 10 mins after ordering it. The guy there asked me what I ordered and I told him, he said it would be out soon. I was there for an extra 20 mins and left because I didn’t see my order on the shelf nor seen it being made. Funny part is the manager I assume got upset with the guy because apparently someone took my food before I got there and she told him all this time I was standing there he could’ve made another one.
