Delicious Chinese Take Out — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Nearly all of the food on the buffet was cold. A few items were warm. Egg drop soup was hot.

Quality was mixed. Egg rolls were quite good, although cold all the way through. Fried shrimp was like leather — it had been there a while. Something labeled Black Pepper Chicken had good flavor but the coating on the chicken was very soggy, as if it had been sitting in the sauce too long. Coconut shrimp turned out to be coconut chicken. Lo mein was pretty good and was one of the warm items. Didn’t try anything off the salad/dessert table.

Service was friendly enough. Brought us drinks when we first sat down, but never did offer refills or remove any dishes. Had to flag down another waitress to ask for the check.

Overall, if the food had been fresh and hot, I’d say the $10.25 price tag (lunch time) was very reasonable, but under the circumstances I wish we’d...

Ordered take out this particular evening and last night. I used this establishment oftentimes in the past before I met the love of my life. They're kind and welcoming people. Formed a friendship with the owner a nice woman. She would always let me receive items on credit and I paid on a monthly basis. This night I was informed there was a small amount that presumably owed but I remember settling accounts with them several years ago. Doesn't matter I'll pay because of the kind hearted spirit they showed towards myself in times of need. I reflect daily about this aspect of given which has been the same viewpoint of thoughts centered on generosity concerns...

I've been ordering from delicious food for years. I've personally never had an issue and I find the food made clean amd delicious in my opinion. When I call to order or pick up I'm always treated respectfully and they are very nice people. Also the delivery guy are always friendly. Sometimes they throw in alittle something like extra soda or two or egg rolls which I think is very nice of them to do even though they don't have to. But yeah, you dont have to take my word for it. Different strokes for different folks I guess. I just never had an issue...
