El Fogon Grocery ny — Local services in Town of Islip

I attempted to place my 1st order to this place through Doordash and the driver "Luis" had an altercation with the worker there or vice versa. El Fogon canceled my order and didn't attempt to get another driver or call to apologize. All I received was the generic email response. I was very disappointed at their lack of proper etiquette. This behavior is what makes us as hispanics and latinos alike look bad....

They food always poppin! The empanadas good, the baked chicken seasoned to perfection and usually juicgly. Lol. The rice always what it needs to be. The family so nice and they always accommodate my crazy requests for the juicy chicken pieces at the bottom of the pan lol. If you from CI and you want spanish food, this where you go! Go before the afternoon or else all the plantains and empanadas...

Been going here everyday for years. Everyone is so super friendly. Great prices and amazing food. Always fresh also. Facility is very clean inside and they take meticulous care of their kitchen as well. No way you can’t be satisfied...
