Pollos A La Brasa Kikiriki — Restaurant in Town of Islip

I recently visited and never again will. It's sad to say the owner is the worst! I went in and asked for water for everyone at the table since it was a group of us and we were going for slurpees after and as I'm waiting for our water to be served the waitress brings water bottles to the table without advising us she was charging us for the water until I asked. When I asked the owner if they served water she said yeah $1.50 per bottle. I then said what happened to you guys, she responded with "this is a restaurant not a market" in a condescending tone.

In conclusion I will never give such a disgusting individual any business who not only does not care about customer service but is blinded by her greed and ignorance because last I checked a restaurant serves free ice water and a market sells water bottles.

As my family and I visit there one night, we asked for a two liter soda since we're a big family. Their response were a no and their explanation is that they don't serve it inside. Mind you, they told us to eat inside so they demand us to order the soda in a can (extra $$). We should've left there from the start but we decided to give it a second chance. The order came correctly but the food was either overcooked, undercooked, or salty. We asked for a glass of water with no ice and they gave us a bottle water with a cup of ice. Waitresses dont speak English and have a temper, usually when you go to a Peruvian restaurant they play their music or the soccer game, not their Spanish soap opera show lol, dont even ask for a cup of ice for your soda, it's a crime!
