If I could give Eddie more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! My refrigerator stopped making ice and the water dispenser stopped working as well. I am pretty handy and I looked at several videos on troubleshooting. I tried for a few days and finally my frustration got to me and I had to wave the white flag and call in a professional. I checked a local Facebook page and every single person recommended Eddie, and now I see why. I called on a Thursday night and left a detailed voicemail of what the problem was and what I did to try and fix it. I was called the very next morning on my way to work by the receptionist who was so lovely and personable and understood the problem and said that Eddie was in my area today and would I like it if he stopped by. I was shocked that I could have him come by the next day and didn't have to wait days on end for the refrigerator to be fixed. Eddie called me 20 minutes out, informing me that he was on his way. That right there shows a great business man who values his clients time, not just his own. He arrived on time and was so personable and extremely nice. I explained to him the problem and what I did to try and repair it, and he gave me a compliment saying that he was truly impressed that I did what I did. A compliment like thst coming from a professional made me feel great! He found the problem right away and showed me why the water was not dispensing. About 5-10 minutes later, water was now flowing 😊. Eddie also went out of his way to show me why this happened and what to do to prevent it from happening in the future. Again, great businessman! Once that was fixed, he now moved onto the ice maker. He said what I did to replace it was absolutely correct, the problem was, when I put the piece back it where the water flows into the ice maker, it wasn't in the proper position, it was under the spot it needed to be, instead of on top. He said many people make the same mistake because you can't see where it fits in because it is all the way in the back of the freezer, and if you hear it click, anyone would think that it was aligned properly, but in my case it wasn't and the water was streaming down the back and side of the freezer, giving everything I had in the freezer a nice ice hat LOL. He also mentioned that the back of the freezer in one area had some ice forming and that usually indicates that the valve is on its way out and would I like to have it replaced. He told me the cost and I said, I don't know because it was working fine until I took out the piece. He took his time to show me what he was talking about and the piece he would be repairing. Not once did he try to intimidate me into saying yes or try to play the Cars Salesman, he was honest amd sincere. I asked him, if this was your daughter m's fridge, what would you do? He said I would have it done today because it will save you money in the long run. He said today, he waived the service call because I went ahead and had him fix the problems and he would only be charging me for parts and labor. He said if you don't feel comfortable replacing the valve, that is absolutely fine and I would only be charged for the labor, however, if the part eventually broke, which he said would eventually happen bc it wasn't performing properly, he would have to come back and charge me for labor again plus the part. So, when you look at it, Eddie's honesty and trustworthiness saved me $150. I decided to have Eddie replace the valve because I did not want to have to go through not having any ice, nor water and have him come back and have to pay him once again for labor. I couldn't be happier with the result. Everything is working as if the refrigerator was just delivered and is brand new! If you have an appliance that is not working, I HIGHLY recommend Eddie because you will not find anyone nicer, punctual, trustworthy, or honest....

Eddie was recommended to us, by a friend who is an executive with retail chain. I was tired of dealing with online unknown, unqualified and unfriendly services. My friend texted Eddie, within a half of an hour Eddie personally called me back and set up time to come the very next day within a 3 hour window. Next day Eddie and crew showed up promptly, and quickly diagnosed and quoted a reasonable price. He had brought from my description of the problem the correct parts. Eddie started immediately and after disassembling the dryer they vacuumed clean the entire interior before making the repair. Before finishing he suggested the need to replace a exhaust hose FREE OF CHARGE! Job was completed extremely neatly, vacuuming area and testing unit. These two men were very polite and overly professional from there work to there uniforms and there clean truck. Eddie impressed us on any problems or concerns call him immediately. I asked about the longevity of a machine like this he suggested keeping the exhaust duct clean and recommended a company that only cleans dry vents.
