Subway - Bayshore Rd - 46216 — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Not even worth the 1 star but cant leave a comment without leaving a star. The manager there is absolutely rude and has no respect. Went in there a couple months ago with a bayshore spirit card. They didnt want to honor the offer on the card when their location is stated on the card so I left the food. Today i decide to give them another chance. I had a coupon from the local paper so this location is close and very convenient for me. Go in with my son a girl starts helping us and the manager comes out from the back and states to the girl who already started making my sons sandwich dont gove them any discounts and make sure she doesn't leave her food.At this point the girl is looking over to me to ask what would i like. I stated you know what I dont want anything now. With that we dont want anything and we walk out of the store. Dont give this establishment the time of day they are not worth the business. Take the ride to subway on union blvd by the train tracks in bayshore ...

The employees are very skimpy with the portions and they do not honour the same promotions across all Subways. My husband ordered a footlong with a coupon for $5.99. there are no restrictions on which meats can be used, the only restriction are the promoted specials. A guy identified himself as the owner and was so rude to my husband when he showed him the receipt. After placing the order, our bill came up to $11 which made no sense. My husband asked him how is that possible if we used a coupon...the guy yells at him "literally yelling" and says that he should've known that 2 strips of bacon is an extra $3. Seriously!? And then when my husband disputes the fact that he did not disclosed that nor is there a sign and it's not adding up, the manager then tells him he doesn't like it he can go somewhere else. The utter disrespect. We wouldn't mind paying if it was explained and in a respectable manner but that was totally...

Absolutely the worst experience at Subway ever. A kind old woman in front of me heard my order and handed me a coupon for my sandwich. I was getting for myself and a second sandwich I was getting for my wife. About three minutes after being handed to coupon a staff member told the old woman please do not hand other customers coupons in the store which I found somewhat rude but the old woman said no problem. After waiting for the line to get shorter and for me to get rung up approximately five minutes after ordering my sandwich, mind you, the woman that rung me up, said the coupon would not scan and it’s not valid at their location even though the kind older woman just used her coupon she got from the same paper moments prior. I asked why, and she said the coupon will not work. I will be contacting corporate and letting them know how Mr. Patel location is treating...
