Main female worker "Sammy"always has a very poor attitude when. Especially with coupons! Everytime anyone is in line with coupons she has "comments and expressions" towards the other female worker and treats the customer a particular way.
Update 2years later- place is better kept and spanish female employee is sooo much nicer. She is very friendly and bread is fresh and sandwiches are made better and not as stingy as before. This franchise should look into who they have "in charge" as from the reviews I've read ... I'm not the only one.
One goes in to have lunch/dinner not to get looked, treated and judged a certain way.
Months ago I came here and the same worker yelled at the customer and was being very PARTICULAR on what she could put on her sandwich and told her bluntly she wasn't welcomed there and could go to a different Subway. Very poor customer service on the evening.

When I went back next time, the woman working there was so rude. She wanted to see my coupons, as if I couldn’t read the expiration dates on my own. She proceeded to explain to me that a coupon sandwich would come with less cheese than a sandwich purchased at regular price. She also went on to swipe my card multiple times saying that the coupon purchase could not be combined with a regular purchase. This woman was so rude and didn’t seem to realize how rude she was. I understand there are limits to the amount of meat that can be put on a sandwich, but she was ridiculous and I will never go to the store again. Read moreGot overcharged for my sandwiches. I was too tired to argue. I will avoid this location from now on. I figured a couple of bad experiences shouldn't reflect the overall demeanor of the location. I was wrong.
Had better experience on today's visit. No complaints.
One of the staff seems not to understand English. She didn't speak Spanish either. She kept getting wrong items onto my sandwich. They also lacked a few items on the menu. A sign/note or quick mention when people walked in would have been nice. Instead I got an abrupt, we don't have this, and we don't have that. Their POS system was also giving issues, causing delays.
The construction of the sandwich was poor. Skimping on the ingredients. Sandwich wasn't even cut in half properly.
