The Great American Bagel Panini — Restaurant in Town of Islip

I wouldn't even give this place one star... I asked for an Italian Trio on Asiago to be custom ordered due to my allergies and the woman told me that she won't make it and to just pick off the onion that I'm allergic to. She was rude beyond belief. All they will do is microwave the cold sandwiches which just makes them soggy and gross! Don't eat here! And yes I told her about my allergic reaction to onions (even if I touch them to pick them off.) Besides all that they are expensive for what they offer in the cold case. You can make 5 of your own sandwiches and bring them with you for their prices. Extortion...

The bagels are small, didnt taste like a bagel. More like a roll. They don't put butter or cream cheese. They toss packets in bag for you to put on yourself so they can save time to only overcharge next customer!! It's an airport, extremely high price and you have to butter yourself on your lap when seated at gate. Basically---- they toast, put it 1/2 unwrapped in bag, throw butter packets in bag, charge you almost $5. Stay away and spend your money...

This was the only thing that was open at the airport while waiting for an early morning plane. They give you a cold bagel and they put the cream cheese on the side and expect you to do their work for them. No, I cannot say it’s something that would buy again considering lack of service.
