Top Trenz, Inc — Local services in Town of Islip

So, a few months back I was in a bit of a “rush”, my daughters birthday was in 4 days and she really wanted a fuzzy onesie. I searched high and low for one I could find in a brick and mortar store with no luck. I proceeded to call Top Trenz contact phone number, not knowing what I’d get, and I reached a live person, sometimes hard these days, named Corey on the phone as he was out and about. I must say, he was/is stellar. The dude went way above and beyond, he answered any and all questions, he followed up with what he said he would with integrity, genuine care, and expediency. He put everything together for me and when I told him I needed it in 3 days he said, Done! I got you, let me get a few options for you and I’ll call you back. He called me back as soon as he returned to his desk with shipping options and costs. After confirmation and such he put it in the mail shipped it from New York to Texas. The bright smiling face of my daughter on her birthday and every day she wears this onesie, I am reminded of the impeccable service and care Corey provided.

He was impeccable every step of the way and I am incredibly grateful for he and his team. Tis a great example of going the extra mile and providing a service most are unwilling to even attempt. They have exceeded any expectation I may have had!

In a world that seems to have forgotten what customer service is, Corey and the top trenz team have excelled. They have kept alive the notion that the customer comes first. I am grateful for them, for companies out there that still care and for the product they provide, however, the product could be made by hundreds, so many are all the same and it is the service that sets one apart. Top Trenz, Inc is amazing all of the products I have gotten for my kids and even for myself are absolutely AMAZING!!! They are such high quality, my favorite are the wet bags i have had them for years now and when it’s pool season they come in handy because you put in the wet suits zip them up and bam nothing else gets wet in the rest of the bigger bag of belongings. So happy with the customer service at TopTrenz (in addition to the great product). Ordered something and when I didn’t get a shipping update (which I figured just got lost in my emails) I emailed the company. I got a prompt email back apologizing for the delay, which given the current pandemic is completely understandable, and was told a free item was being added to my order.
