Ithaca Bakery — Restaurant in Town of Ithaca

Don’t get me wrong-the food is always good from IB- However, you must order on a grub-hub kiosk- and none of the adjustments I made actually happened. I got the wrong pastry, my sandwich did not have the change I wanted, and apparently when your beverage says leave room, that doesn’t mean you can actually add anything in that room. It appears that wanting to add my own cream and sweetener to my iced coffee is not truly an option. So here I waited 20 minutes and never had my name called nor notification of order ready. But my iced coffee is an inch short and black. For nearly $16 I should get what I want 😞 This is the IC campus...

We waited an HOUR for our food. When they ran out of plain bagels, instead of telling the customers who had ordered them, they put the tickets for those orders in a separate spot and didn't do anything about them until the customers came up and asked where their food was. This is no way to run a business?? With a full line of around 10 people waiting at the pickup window because they had been sent a notification their order was ready, half of the employees stand still behind the counter...

This place is bursting at the seams so it ought a have high ratings. Apparently ratings have gone down the toilet since installing a kiosk. Give us human service again-,we love the food.and community atmosphere and are here to take a break from...
